At The Change Ministries, we deeply appreciate your donation and support.

Since donations are made voluntarily and are used immediately for charitable/ministry activities, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy.

1. Donations are Non-Refundable

All donations made through https://thechangeministries.com/ are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully completed.

2. Duplicate Payment / Technical Error

In case of:

  • Duplicate transaction (same donor charged twice)

  • Payment deducted but transaction failed

  • Any genuine technical error

The donor can request verification. If confirmed, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. How to Request Refund (Only for Valid Cases)

To request refund for duplicate/failed transactions, kindly share:

  • Donor Name

  • Registered mobile number/email

  • Transaction ID

  • Amount

  • Date of transaction

  • Screenshot (if available)

4. Processing Time

Refund (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
